Not my vid, I thought is was interesting.

The BA100 is a modification kit for the Marshall JCM2000 DSL100. Swap out the PCB boards to transform your 2000 into a modified 800-style circuit. The BA100 features a Jose style SAT switch, switchable added tube gain stage, a knob to control the added gain stage, a tight/fat switch, a two-way bright cap switch, and a independent channel for classic Plexi style tones.

It sounds pretty good but $850 DIY on top of 6-800 donor amp is getting pretty pricey. You can get a lot of amps cheaper that do those tones, but if you got one with the fucked board for next to nothing it might make sense.

this was my thoughts. If i see a old blown up one around for dirt cheap i might grab it with this in mind

In denmark these are found in 400-500 range. But then the mod comes from US and are axpensive anyways

some close with a killer 800 needs to compare with my 99 TSL 100 . It’s shockingly good
