Back Surgery + 3 Days

Good luck with recovery. Had neck/spinal surgery 1/25 and will be rockin’ a neck brace until March. Now have a 4” titanium plate screwed to my spine in my neck and 5 plastic replacement discs. Had one bad bulging disc killing my right arm and an MRI showed my “wall” of the nerve canal was pretty much gone for C3-7 and it was inevitable to have more badly pinched nerves in the future. Replaced all the discs in that region.

Thanks, All things considered. I’m doing pretty good. Only issue is I can’t lift any weight for quite some time which has my job in turmoil because there’s weightlifting requirements. As far as moving around, I’m doing pretty good. Can’t drive while doing the brace. Doc sad I can’t expect to swallow normally for up to the next year but eating isn’t too bad…and …I lost 20lb’s ?
Only thing really bumming me out is I’m trying to set up a rig with all my amps, and a switcher in a rack and I can’t lift more than 10 pounds, so I can’t move any of the heads into the positions I want to.
