Ballsy, LOUD pickup for old school metal??

Tight, old school with good mids and tight lows with a high-gain amp: BKP Aftermath, BKP Painkiller, Motor City Angel Dust, Duncan Custom 5. All these will do the job perfectly.

I am torn between an alnico Warpig or the Painkiller right now. PK may have too much top... from what I've read at least, and my setup can get quite bright!

The Painkiller does have some top end to it, but that's also what adds to it's cut that everyone likes. The Warpig is darker and much hotter with less upper mids, but not as tight as the other pickups mentioned.

i have always l0ved the gibs0n 500t ceramic that usually c0mes st0ck in m0st flying v's, I never quite liked any 0f the dimarzi0 stuff, I d0 like m0st 0f the seym0ur stuff , al0t m0re then the dimarzi0 stuff at least.

That's what I would suggest. Very high output and bassy.
