Hey guys,

As you can see I am not on here too much but I came across some talk on Bartlett and it seems that his reputation is now starting to get appreciated here, so I thought I would share some love. Now this one is almost a classic, it was made in his first run when he had the stash of Old Growth Mahogany from Dave Johnson. The binding is original 50's, brazzy board, killer top and all of the specs you would expect from Tom. Pretty well hands down the best LP I have ever played, period. That's about it really. Enjoy. Oh, and no she isn't for sale, though for an R9 AND a Private Stock PRS it is yours... Some might recognize her from MLP, I have had pics up there.

The top on that thing is amazing. Did you have to sell a kidney for it?

just about:) It looks a little different now, I have rolled a few different sets of pickups through it and just really like the classic 57's with covers. The tone on those really matches well with the highly responsive nature of the guitar. It is a naturally bright and articulate guitar, which these tend to be, especially when you are used to hearing the darker and slightly less defined tone of gibson's.

Looks great, love the work Tom does on these guitars!

That's amazing looking! I bet the tone & playability on that thing are equally good too. One day I hope to be able to add one of those. Congrats dude!
