It'd be amazing though with a vintage trem and no locking nut.![]()
HA! I own that guitar, but I put a titanium Floyd on it so I could actually keep it in tune...AndyK":dzp7s5vz said:Badronald":dzp7s5vz said:Very cool.

Did you fill in the 6 vintage trem screw holes, or does the Floyd cover them?

I don't care for those at all. I like my maple necks to look like maple. And then I like them to look dirty once they get a ton of playing time on them.

I can only imagine the rear cover description.
Jay, a stallion music store worker, is polishing the countertop one day when in walks the guitar of his dreams. Slick, smooth, sultry, throbbing with tone, taunting and loathing him from a distance.
His heart rages with Robin's-Egg Blue passion, but he must hold it in, for revealing it could spell disaster. The guitar soon leaves,
and Jay's daydreams begin. Other guitars come and go, but the emptiness resounds. He holds out for the one known only as "Robin." Many months later, a familiar laquered body walks into Jay's life, but Jay's heart is unsure, and it is armored and calloused. Is this the rolled fretboard he's waited for, spent so many sleepless nights scouring the internet for, even contemplating buying a cheap $200 80's Charvel off Craigslist and painting the same hue? Will the Robin's Egg Blue beauty succumb to his longing touch, and return his embrace? Will they live in pinch-harmony, or simply fret out?
All that's needed is the fancy cover with Jay standing shirtless in a lush, secluded woodland creek holding the guitar tenderly.

The Floyd covers them and now he has 6 little tone ports in the body that I think make a bigger difference tone-wise than the $900 Floyd Rose.![]()
