Beef - It’s What’s for Dinner

I went to the store yesterday (I was off due to the politically correct “Spring Holiday” ) and got everything we need for the Easter menu. They had rib roasts on “sale” - at only 50% more than they should cost. I found a one bone roast that had decent marbling and carved it into steaks. Sir Elliott was the beneficiary of the bone and I froze the fat and trimmings to render later. The weather is going downhill fast, so this will be a cast iron skillet affair with roasted asparagus and baked potatoes…

Thats horrible brother but there may be a way to fix this. Go to youtube and search: alpha gal fixed without saat- heres how she did it. I do a carnivore diet and my health has definitely improved. I would be in trouble if I couldnt eat beef. Good luck!

I literally pulled the attached out of Google Gemini yesterday. On page 5 it talks about potential solutions. SAT is one of them. I've had people also recommend the acupuncture in the ear thing. I am assuming you do not have Alpha-gal but maybe know someone who does?

And yeah, I love beef more than just about anything.

I do not have alpha gal, thankfully. I just know the powers that be have been spreading these lone star ticks around and people are getting sick. I do a carnivore diet mostly and beef is vital for health and I have been doing a little research just in case. I pray you are fully healed and celebrate with a juicy ribeye!

Thanks man. I've looked into that tick release thing and it seems to be mostly debunked? Wouldn't surprise me though.
