Did you mic the amp or are you going direct with cab IR alla Torpedo? I also dig the riffage and vocals. This formula works for me.. kind of the children of Bodom formula.

I am on the left side, direct using the preamp out, blue channel, Horus overdrive, into WOS using 3 sigma audio's zilla 2x12 IR. My nephew on the right was using Bias, I had him drop the 4khz about 6db to get rid of the digital fizz he had going on at first. That's what we used.

Deals Death were from Sweden, kinda a Bodom type band. Wish they were still going, but called it a day a few years ago.

Well, far from effortless. My nephew would text me saying he recorded his part, so I was like "oh hell, I better learn it." With two very young children, it's hard to find time to learn something fast, but I was surprised I pulled it off in a couple weeks of on and off practicing. Fun song.

I am assuming you used the power amp sim in WOS then too? Your tone def. sounds better. Bias is cool but the fizz is apparent as the gain goes up.

I did on this clip. Sometimes I have found with WOS, is to disengage the poweramp part. Although it makes it sound more amplike, sometimes turning it off makes you cut through a little more. When I do use it, I have the gain/volume way down on the poweramp part. Don't overdo it on that.
