In an alder strat

I have another strat loaded with Dimarzio Injectors (Paul Gilbert) and love it. But I'm wanting something other than the Diamondback and TexMex (HSS) pups in my other strat

Thoughts?

Oh, and I'd rather have noiseless singles as well...I think? :aww:

Suhr! i am not sure if you can buy their noiseless system though

Surh makes some really nice pickups.
Yeah that's what I really was looking for. An SSV and a couple V70's is really what I want, but after talking with a guy at Suhr I would need to install an ILITCH BPNCS back trem cover....and those are $250 :(
I'd also need to install a super switch and swap out the pots and capacitors to bring it to Suhr specs. The Suhr Classic is what I was hearing towards but it just seems like too much time and money

Tom, what's your budget?
Hey Jeff!

I bought a pre-wired loaded Dimarzio injector pickguard for $240 for my other strat. I thought that was a good deal. They even gave me a custom pickguard with no holes drilled so I could locate the knobs where I like them. One thing I don't like about strats is where the volume knob is located. You know me, I'm an EBMM player. I put the knobs where they are located on an axis/silhouette

As someone who plays modern and traditional country I would suggest getting a HB that sounds good split. There's going to be songs that need a little more twang than a HB will provide.

I was thinking of getting a Dimarzio AT1 and a couple cruisers ala Andy Timmons. Thinking it might be too dark though

I've got an HSS I use for country stuff, Pearly Gates and 2 Dimarzio Area 58's. Area's are noiseless. Position 2 is great with a compressor and a little slap-back, pure twang goodness. Definitely go 4 conductor to split the bridge.
