Keep in mind that many of the Japanese sellers on Ebay dont actually own the guitar they have listed. Many of them are stealing listing from stores like Ishibashi and marking them way up. Most guitars that are listed on Ebay by a Japanese seller can be found in a Google search. There you can find the the store that has the actual guitar.

Look into ESP related facebook groups, post a pic of the guitar and tell them you're looking for one. That's how I've tracked down some hard to find guitars in Ibanez groups. Once you find what you need, you can leave the group or stick around. Those groups are turning more into what forums used to be.
