It might bring some clarity to this matter, if we had some idea of what BM paid for it.

Say if it was bought for a lot less (ex. $800), and now suddenly being sold for a lot more (ex. $1500), then it looks fishy from the start.
And what I mean by that, is that no one is normally going to magically EXPECT that sort of profit margin on a mere toaster amp....
If it was bought as a Cameron "flavored" amp that a someone else built, and then was suddenly being called a true Cameron "one off, custom build" for more than 100% markup after changing hands last time......there might be some shenanigans involved.
