Just sharing some information on the BIAS Desktop release for those of you interested.

BIAS is a guitar amp modeler with Amp Matching technology that offers an entirely new concept of putting any tube amplifier tone and feel into a plug-in (AAX/RTAS/AU/VST) for Mac and PC. It features the most accurate, thorough and versatile guitar-amp modeler and designer engine, and it can accurately capture the tone of any tube amplifier, users can then share or download amp models from BIAS’s built-in ToneCloud amp-sharing platform.

Hi guys,

There lots of people interested in BIAS Desktop and if you'd take the time
to read the BIAS Desktop threads on the various forums you'd know that !

plus you would understand why alot of people aren't exactly thilled and therefore
not purchasing

so instead of addressing the concerns brought up in those threads directly PG would rather
plaster the forums with bulk postings in the hopes of drumming up sales


way to ignore the masses congrats

Here's what I can say in my limited experience with positive grid.

I bought BIAS desktop and it was full of bugs and kept crashing my system. I ended up buying an iPad and the PG customer service was pretty fantastic. They refunded me in full and very quickly.

PG's products are insanely useful and in my opinion, I like them a whole hell of a lot better than the Axefx but I also have absolutely nothing good at all to say about the axefx or fractal as a company either.

That said, $200 is far too expensive. $100 for the fully loaded pack would be a lot easier to swallow.
