I picked up a guitar from Proaudiostar that I've been after for $1,200 that everyone else is selling for $2,700 and won't budge on their prices. Also picked up a set of 8 string fishman fluence moderns from them for $119. People want twice that for used. I am not endorsing them in any way as it seems lots of bad experiences out there according to non reverb internet reviews, but my transaction went smooth and arrived in a few days. Seems they still have a bunch of(as of this post) MIM and Squiers for about half off currently if anyone is looking to be the next Yngwie Hendrix on the cheap.

Lol, my BIL and I really got into slow pitch this year...damn, those jigs add up. Although nothing compares to an offshore fuel bill

Very true. Especially Diesel now. Damn SPJ rods are expensive. Reels too. An Accurate BV 300 SPJ, 500N SPJ and a Johnny Jigs Pro Jigger + (xmas gift from wife). I bought a Synergy Syn-1 with a free BE module from Sweetwater. Possibly a week before black Friday. Ordered at 11:52 on Friday and the package was on my doorstep at 10:12 the next morning with free shipping. Dig it.
Of course I have since added a Vai module and have an SLO on the way. Starting to have flashbacks to my RM100 days.
