Bill Ward's having himself a laugh a bouts now.

If their god ain't dead.. after hearing this, ain't gonna help his condition any.

*added - In an interview with Mojo, Ozzy indicated that the band were concerned over Ward's ability to play a two hour show, with the frontman suggesting they ran through the set at rehearsals to see how Ward fared.

Ozzy added: "We looked at Bill, and he couldn't remember what the f*** we were doing. But he didn't come clean and say, 'I can't cut this gig, but can we work something out, guys, where I'll come on but with another drummer backing me up?' Or, 'I'll come and play a few songs.' That would have been cool."

It wasn't just Ward's condition that Ozzy called into question, he also said that the drummer simply couldn't remember the songs.

Ozzy said: "You know them yellow f***ing stick-on memo notes? He had them all over his f***ing drums. I was like, 'What the f***'s that for, Bill?' He said, 'I can't remember what I'm doing.' I go, 'How are you gonna remember out of those 500,000 bits of paper stuck all over your kit, which one you're looking at, Bill?' [He said:] 'I'll know.' Ah, OK great

Well, it is primary Ozzy who makes this sound so bad. Never heard anything so out of tune. But like my drummer use to say, if the singer sucks, everything sucks.

They've played a couple of their new songs on SiriusXM and I have to turn the channel.

Wow, kind of sucks on multiple levels...but yeah, Ozzy isn't even close to singing in key on this....how can you be at this for so long and sing so off the key of the tune? Is he deaf? Impaired? (heard he was back into his old ways recently)? Just wow, I'd be pissed if I paid to see this...both boring and a bit pathetic.

Well the guy is a senior citizen....

I agree it sounded horrible, but its Sabbath and it looked like a sold out show so people are still going to pay to see them regardless...

That was painful....Hats off to what they have created and inspired... but it's time for Oz to throw on a robe, sink into the couch, and mumble at the TV. The wheels have stopped spinning.

I was never a big Sabbath fan anyways...but I am happy for them being one of the pioneers for todays metal.

Did I like this song?
Fuuuuuuck no..........

But to each their own. ;)

Agreed.....

Guess it's time for auto-tune
I bet Ozzy-robot would sound pretty interesting

Fuck me!!! Looks like I'll see Maiden instead this September!!!

Is Ozzy singing a different song than the rest of the band?

This makes it seem like Anthony Kiedis has perfect pitch by comparison.

Was that hand in the foreground trying to block Ozzy's voice?

Seriously, the guy is like 68
000 years old. A little slack is due.

I never thought I would say this about one of my fave bands but P.U.

they should have done what VH did, reheat some left over shit that didn't make onto the earlier albums. Then you can only get upset when you see it live.

I think the issue here is that Ozzy's distracted. "Should I hold the mic? No, I want it on the stand. No, think I should hold it. Wait, I like it on the stand... um, need to hold it. Forget that, back on the stand."

Ozzy's a legend, that's for sure so I don't want to talk too much smack but I don't know how anyone can be surprised he's having pitch problems because he had pitch issues way back in the 80's.

Killer they got Portnoy on drums.

Dude - go listen to those Cal Jam I videos. He was having pitch issues in '74...

Well... At least now I can be the lead singer of Black Sabbath if they are willing to accept this...
