...and the seller has no feedback/Reverb history? If I was planning on selling a five-figure guitar on Reverb, I would at least sell a dozen or so items about a month ahead of the listing to build up my feedback.

I know these go for a lot but that seems crazy

If you’re going to sell a guitar for big bucks why not clean the fretboard and re-oil it. You can clearly see the dirt/wear on the board. :aww: Maybe dust off the tuners?

Never understood the whole black machine deal. The ones I’ve seen seemed like a medium budget guitar.

Engage757/Zach must be lookin' for some income after getting shitcanned from Fortin. Flipping guitars for ridiculous prices was his bread and butter before he became the social media mogul he's proven to become.

I wonder if the thinking is that most buyers of guitars that expensive are lawyers/doctors/CEOs that don't really even play so they'll never know the difference. No offense to any Rig-Talk lawyers/doctors/CEOs...that actually play guitar. ;)

I still never heard the scoop on this and I desperately need it.

The scoop is that someone made a youtube video about the Fortin Sigil drama. In the comments section a random person claims Zach was fired from Fortin and everyone ran with it. Not sure if true or not but that is all the detail you will get most likely.

Man, I shipped a B2 back in the day to a friend who lived overseas and I thought they price he paid for it was ridiculous, but $20k is insane. It was a nice guitar but probably the worst sounding high end guitar I've ever played. Craftsmanship was great and the neck felt good, but not worth the price at all.
