I bought the early Thunderbirds LPs based on (believe or not) a Rolling Stone Mag review. For my tastes, I like early Jimmy as much as Stevie. Sadly all the Stevie clones turned me off of him for a while. The same thing happened with Hendrix.

You're preaching to the choir here. What's strange is there are very few Stevie clones here. I can only think of one guy...nice guy but ...at least he's a nice guy.

Maybe me, you, robostyle, and 70 mach1 need to meet up at the pinetop homecoming in Clarksdale next month. Anson and Kingfish were both there last year and they are gonna be having a jam this year per the guy who has ran the jam there previously.
