Bob Bradshaw @ CAE MIA???

Has anyone here had any luck getting ahold of anyone at CAE? I am trying to buy their footswitch for a CAE 3+ SE preamp I just acquired. I have sent a couple emails, and got their automated response that my emails were received, but it's been about 3 weeks now. There's no phone number on the website to call. Wondering if it's a one man operation, or maybe they are no longer in business. Just not sure. Maybe someone here knows what's up? Don't need him to build me a rack. Just want the footswitch. Maybe you guys know of someone that can build the same footswitch instead. Any help is appreciated.

DO NOT give bob money for anything. If he has it in stock and you can use a credit card and have charge back protection then ok fine, but don't ever give him money expecting to get goods in return. He stole $800 from me nearly 10 years ago and I am far from the only one.

And I'm a very happy 3+se user but Bob can drive off a bridge as far as I'm concerned.
 
Bob Bradshaw doesn't give two shits about anyone unless they're legit celebrities.

Ok, I appreciate the heads up on this man, and sorry that you had that happen bro. I will look elsewhere.

I heartily dis-agree w/ the people above. I just got a new pedalboard from Bob, and it's my 5th rig from him. i'm not a legit celebrity, and he's been great in every transaction.

With that being said - I don't believe he'd have any of those in-stock.

There are horror stories all over the 'net about Bob and shady business practices...beware. Do a Google search. He was a jerk to me on pricing for switches for a Rocktron/Bradshaw RSB 18 F, so I bought elsewhere. YMMV.
 
For the record - I wasn't trying to start anything, but I have had good experiences w/ Bob. I know there are stories of the exact opposite, but in the interest of being fair I posted my opinion and experience.
