Bogner Goldfinger 45 Head
Works perfectly, sound amazing – no issues. Kept in non-smoking home. I went over it from top-to-bottom, it’s excellent to almost near-mint. 100% original, no mods or repairs. These are getting hard to find.
This is one of, if not the best sounding amps I have ever owned. Only selling as I am paring down all my gear after retiring. Just keeping a little combo for playing at home.

There are 2 channels. The Clean channel is huge. I bet, you’ve never experienced a powerful clean channel like this. Think Twin Reverb powerful, but can get a great pushed clean with the separate Masters on each channel. Plus, there are Boosts on each channel, perfect for solos.
The Overdrive channel has two different gain structures. A (’69) Plexi setting and an (80’s) modded Marshall setting. There’s also a gain EQ knob, which is a quick way to adjust the overall tone from fatter to brighter. Simple, yet very effective for tweaking in a Strat vs. LP!
Reinhold Bogner is really a genius. Every feature on this amp is well thought out and useful. And, he just has an incredible ear for tone. All of his amps have his ‘sound’. The preamps are amazing. A great musical tone. Bass, Mid and Treble on each tone stack, plus some added Brightness switches.
There are two, tube-driven EFX loops. One is pre-input and really unique and second is after preamp. What is cool is, on the pre-input EFX loop, you add an a boost, overdrive, noisy wah or fuzz etc. Or, with no effect in the loop, it has an adjustable level, so, you can just add gain for a nice tube-driven clean boost. The second EFX loop is great for all your time-based effects with serial or parallel settings and gain control.
Plus, a tube spring reverb. 4 different power choices. It’s a 4x 6V6 amp for 45 watts. You can choose full 45 watts, ½ power at 23 watts. Or, even select 2 power tubes for 30 watts and ½ that for 15 watts. Multiple speaker outputs for different cabs. There also user bias adjustments for easy tube changes.
Comes with its original 5-button lighted foot-switch (has Velcro on bottom), Removable foot-switch cable. Manual and a/c power cord.
