Bogner Red pedal questions

I remember really like the clips of these from a few years back, but never bought one. Most of the clip, they were run through a Fender clean channel, which sound fantastic. My issue is that I don't have anything with a great clean channel that could be used as a base platform. I do have a legacy, but the clean channel is clipped, meaning, it never breaks up, so I'm not sure how it would be as a base. How do these sound through a single channel Marshall with the gain dialed back?

Awesome. I run mine thru the low gain input of a 2204 and it rocks.

It will sound fine. The cleaner the amp the better.

I run my red thru 2 1966 fender princetons and 68' bandmaster and it sounds great.
