about 1,5 years later, anyone now able to tell the difference?

I dont think there's much of a difference. Ive had both now, although years apart.

I think the differences are small enough where using a different guitar would give as much of a difference but I cant say for sure.

One thing I do remember is the taper on the Morph knob on my 6L6 didnt seem to do much from 0 - 9:00 where as the EL34 definitely does.

Wish I had them side by side to compare.

While I feel the differences are very minute if any, id probably trade my EL34 for the 6L6 again.
