Bogner XTC which one is the nuts ?

I always thought classic had less filtering, not more, hence the model name classic.

I’ve never bothered to look at the filtering in a stock 101B
 
I have had them all. The Cultreti amps used on Vai’s record and other 100s as well as all incarnations over the years and I like all of them as they all offer up something cool. My current one is a 2006 or 2008 and rocks.
 
Ok, just played the Classic for the first time in quite a while and it’s sounding pretty damn amazing haha. And not as loose/round as I remembered. Maybe it’s just my mood.. I haven’t played my gear in a very long time and it’s all sounding so good. I guess when I play every day I start picking things apart.
 
Oddly enough, the 20th is bordering my least desirable for my ears. That being said, it still kills 90% of everything.
 
In answer to the OP question… my vote for the XTC with the biggest nuts goes to the 100A/B. The Classic comes in next. But, that’s just my twisted perspektive
