Bon Scott with da Ladies ...

Bon was what made AC/DC dangerous. "THE" definition of their "Lock up your daughters" period. After he was gone they weren't dangerous anymore. Just a great down to earth rock band.

He and Freddie are tied as my absolute favorite frontmen and singers. I think Bon had an amazing voice.

Theres a story i heard from Rik Emmitt of Triumph that was on tour with AC/DC.

Some groupie with green teeth tried to climb in Emmitt's tour bus in Tejas somewhere, he kicked her out.

When the tour got to St. Louis Bon Scott, Malcolm & Angus showed up with the same chick threatening to kick Rik's butt for insulting the woman. Apparently she rode with them.

He laughs about it now ...

I saw Triumph & Yngwie on the Trilogy tour.

Never saw anyone play like Malmsteen, truly impressive.

Rik Emmitt did an acoustic solo stereo chorus thru the PA, its the best ive ever heard. :thumbsup:

Worse yet is Bon would be 70 if still alive so anyone in this picture is an old "lady" at this point.

wondering if AC/DC will retire after the made up shows in the US? The bass player is retiring, no Malcolm, no Phil Rudd. No lead singer. Quite honestly I like the current drummer but he definitely does not have the AC/DC drum vibe that Rudd can carry.

Hey, I miss those days. I could floss while down there. ;)

Beats the "stubble" sandpaper anyday. These days, trimmed or completely smooth for me. YMMV

edit: I should mention, my current GF is less than half my age. she's perfect in everyway. :yes:
 
With Cliff Burton retiring they just need to hang it up.
 
Cliff Williams is AC/DC's Bass Player.

Cliff Burton was Metallicas bass player killed in Europe.
