Boost/OD pedals with EQ?

Hey guys-

I'm looking for a OD pedal to replace my SD-1 but I think I would like something that has an EQ on it. I'd like at least bass and treble controls, but more tone-shaping options on the pedal are okay too.

Also, not looking to spend too much. I want to buy used, preferably around the $100 mark.

Suggestions?

There's the Digitech Hardwire CM-2 which has bass and treble, that will be like $50-60 used. Then there is the Green Rhino which has a few knobs, Tone, 100hz, and curve knob which I think moves the mids frequency. I believe those are like $80-90 used. Then there is the MXR Custom Badass Modified OD which is pretty much a cheaper Green Rhino, but instead of the curve knob it has a low mid bump button. That's $100 new, used probably like $60-70.

You could probably find them cheaper than that on Craigslist, but that's probalby around what they'd be at Guitar Center or on Ebay.

Seymour Duncan has just issued an OD with EQ - 805 Overdrive.

It`s 150USD new though.

EH Graphic Fuzz. Fuzz, and Overdrive and E.Q. and clean boost all in one.

All good suggestions, thanks guys! Time to look up some demos.

How do you guys feel about the Fulltone OCD? Or the Xotic BB preamp?

It would be used to boost a Tremoverb and get a little bit more clarity out of it. I'm afraid the OCD wouldn't be too much different from my SD-1 and I'm afraid the BB would be better used on it's own to boost a clean channel, not boost a sound that's already gainy.

Any other suggestions?

This looks pretty awesome!!

I am kind of in the same boat as the OP but I think I am just going to get two seperate pedals.

I think it is worth mentioning VFE pedals seem pretty awesome and I am actually going to buy one of their OD pedals tonight.

They have a custom shop and you can have them build you up to three pedals in one. Also custom paint if you wanted.

Definitely worth checking out IMO

I do not see anything on their site like a "Classic" eq with the bands and sliders but they do have the Rocket EQ/Boost which is a parametric and the Rocket Jr. which is a bass and treble only EQ.
