LOL im still waiting too. I had a few "Dark and Stormy nights" to drink last week and sent an email to "someone" cause I jumped the gun on something I read, Totally My fault, then after a reply I apologized for being a Dick......so mine might be a few more weeks longer lol I think it ended kinda funny, I hope, ooops.

Eric, I would send mine but we have rehearsal on Monday for 2 important shows coming up and its my only clean module at present. If I still had my T/D, the BMan would have been on the way to you! Sorry bro.

I'd be interested in a swap for the COD for a week if I didn't have previous experience in the shipping industry. 
I have the utmost faith in you Eric but I can't trust USPS, UPS, or Fedex. I've had things "delivered" here by all 3 carriers and they have all fucked up. One left my Fender laying against the wall on it's headstock outside my apartment, another dumped my Filter Pro on the step with a gouge in the box, and USPS had my M4 on them, saw me pulling up and drove away. Didn't even go to the door to knock as my girlfriend stayed home waiting for it. I'm done with the mail.
