I am thinking about taking taking a leap into rackmount effects. I have never used rackmount effects before as I have always been a pedals guy but I thought for quick and small gigs I wanted to use a small compact rig.
Going to start out with something older and cheaper to see what's what. I am looking at a Boss GX700 and a digitech Quad 4 so far at really low prices but I don't know much about these units. Can I get some feedback on those two units and also perhaps get a recommendation or two of rackmountable units that I could pick up cheap. Looking for good delays, choruses, verbs and perhaps other stuff like trem or pitch stuff to use sparingly.
