If he is claiming it is a 2011 Cameron Mod it is unauthorized and maybe bogus as all Cameron mods need to go through us and this one certainly did not.

You have it all wrong. In 2011, Mark signed an agreement to work with Brad King and Tone Merchants to get the CCV amps out as well as ground up amps inspired by Mark's most popular mods. Consequently, he was not supposed to be doing mods "on the side", but has been doing them anyway (or so the rumor goes).

na! mark wouldn't do that! I've been a FRIEND for over 5 years now and he is a good dude. I've been waiting for 4 years for a plexi mod and he hasn't had time to get it back to me because he's been so back logged, maybe one day, until then i'll just continue to be patient.

ps - plus just look inside that amp , there is a lot going on in there with that mod, it's not something you can just slap together in a few weeks or months, it takes time to get that cameron tone. I'm sure in the end it will all be worth it... no wonder that amp is going for 2499 buy it now , even without an fx loop or bass boost and ect its worth it.

It is advertised as a HG/LG Jose. It is not, I don't think. I was comparing some gut shots of my old one and it isn't the same on the Jose master. The seller could have claimed innocence and not knowing and probably sold it by now. Not to say the amp isn't a good one or anything.

Honestly I dont know much about the inner workings of a amp but I know what a high gain amp is and this is one with plenty.

I just checked the auction, to see the amp itself, after reading the comments in this post.

There is large statement in the listing, that says "ALL YOU RIG TALK PEOPLE NEED TO GET A LIFE....."

So I am guessing that the seller doesn't like "informed buyers", for some reason ?

Well, they had me at "send all questions to Mark Cameron at www.cameronamplifiers.com".......when someone asked a question about the how the master. For fucks sake, the guys need to know what they are selling. That doesn't seem like too much to ask for. For just a little bit more, a guy can find a full-on 100 watt Jose with switchable LG/HG that really packs the goods. Don't matter to me...I don't give a shit.

If you knew who this amp was made for you would have to think it gets heavy. If EXP Custom says it gets heavy you can take his word to the bank in your pajamas and demand to see the manager and make him/her give you your cash for it.
