Brownish Caps in my Dual Rec Rev C

Hi, maybe some of you guys can shed some light on this?
I opened up my Dual Rectifier Rev C an found a bunch of brownish caps inside. I always thought, Mesa was all about orange drops and I never saw a DR like this. So what do you guys think about this "anomaly"?
