Well I got the Burny LP Custom and it is killer!! I'm amazed at how good it sounds/plays and also the overall quality of the guitar, considering the price of these on the used market
After a few tweaks and maybe new pickups, it would be right up there with a Gibson IMO. I could do with getting jumbo frets put on the guitar, as the original frets are smaller than i'm used to using. When i get some jumbo frets fitted, i'm sure it'll play like a dream!!
The pickups are PAF clones and they're nice for that old school LP sound. For my tastes, i like something with plenty of output and bite. So the stock PAF's are coming out, and Suhr Aldrich buckers are going in

The guitar is extremely resonant, i would go as far as saying the guitar sounds every bit as good the 1978 Gibson LP Custom i had before.
The neck is definitely thinner than most Gibson LP Customs, i think it's roughly same size as a Gibson 60's neck. It's extremely comfortable to play on. If you're used to thinner necks from playing superstrats like i am, but you want to play a LP style guitar.. then these necks will take you very little time to get used to.
If you ever want a great Les Paul without spending a ton of cash, definitely check out these older Burny LPC's from the 80's! I'm pretty sure that i will end up buying another before long

I have no more Gibson GAS now haha!
