Calling 5150III owners - abnormal noise?

I was going to purchase a 5150III 100w for a great price but the owner thinks there might be an issue with it. He said he hasn't used it in a few years and there might be a hum/noise issue, mostly on the clean channel. The amp is at a great price but just after some second opinions.

The owner was kind enough to send some clips through. He said the only issue is the hiss/white noise, otherwise it sounds great - according to him. I ripped these clips from the videos he sent, head was going through an EVH 2x12.

Not sure if it's discernible from these clips but is this strange and should I avoid the amp? He said in one message that it is super low level so maybe it isn't as loud as it sounds in the clips.

nice. i got my 50w for $400. i would buy it, these amps are tanks so its prolly a cheap fix if you even decide you want to fix it.

I'd get that for 600. 99% of issues are caused by tubes and honestly I almost always change tubes whichever amp i buy off any random dude. Many ppl who play guitar do not take care of their amps, including some friends of mine who had amps with 8 year old power tubes farting out beyoned normal, sounding anemic and constantly changing guitars having thought it's the guitar to blame.
