Can you get el34s in the taco?

Can't have a 20 watt amp with EL34s.. Isn't that the point of having the amp? Dave type tone in a smaller package.
 
Why wouldn't you just get the BE if you want EL-34's? You just asked the equivalent of "can I get half of a 12" sub but make it a foot long?"
 
There are lower wattage el34 amps. Honestly , I like the price point @6 inches.
 
Some tacos just can't be stretched to fit the larger...tubes inside.
