I want to buy a 1X12 to run in tandem with my main cab. Mainly to use as a monitor for my drummer. So If i have a 16 ohm 4X12 and a 8 ohm 2 12..... will a 8 ohm 1X12 work with both? or a 16 ohm work with both? how do the ratings work in stereo?? I thikn I know the answer but i tend to over think and on my small brain that's not always good. Fuses blow.

so with something like a marshall head that has 4 speaker outputs and three settings of 16,8 or 4 ohm:

if you ran a 16ohm 4x12 , 8ohm 2x12 and then added another 8 ohm 1x12 you would end up with a parallel resistance of 3.2 ohm
if you ran a 16 ohm 4x12, 8 ohm 2x12 and added a 16 ohm 1x12 you would end up with a parallel resistance of 4 ohm.
