Can't get answer from Wade of Motor City!

Hey guys, do anyone knows where's Wade? Didn't get reply about my order for long time...
 
Be patient. Wade's order take 1 to 2 months. He always replies, maybe not immediately but you just have to' wait. he's always been very professional, and i'm from italy, he could have ignored me like some other manufacturers do with foreign customers...
 
I`ve also sent a mail, but no reply so far.
I`m thinking that 72 hours should be enough for a "yes" or "no", but so far I`m wrong.
No sweat, though. When he answers, he answers. I`m in no hurry.

(Tim @BK answers the same day, but he`s in the same time zone as me, so it might be a little unfair to compare)
 
He's a straight shooter, no worries. He told me once that he wasn't a big email guy so be patient, the end product is worth it! He's probably winding pick ups.
 
Maybe someone else here know if you can get his stuff in 7-string configuration?
 
Dont worry. He'll come through for you. He is just very LAME when it comes to comunication :doh: All my orders took around 4 weeks with no reply from wade. Hes gay like that. But all of my orders arrived in the same time frame and were exactly as I ordered.

I emailed with Wade last week. To actually place your order, it's best to call I would think.
 
yeah give him a call and leave him a voice mail if need be.

I think he is just busy as hell, but his work I think is worth the wait. Plus if you are lucky you might get an awesome MCP t-shirt :thumbsup:
 
As the others have said, forget email. Call and leave a message with your callback number; almost certainly Wade is busy winding his orders, since he's the only one in MCP who can do that.

You can call him. He's answered the phone every time for me.
 
Sorry Piccaso...I may have missed you unintentionally- I usually generate 50- 150 e-mails daily with a strange increase lately to about 200 with increased sales as well and in the mean time, I've been slowly chipping away at the lead time putting in mega hrs. making it more bearable :aww: which is now at approx. 3 weeks. No kidding, and I am the only one who makes every single pickup that gos out so I may be a bit slower at e-mails, etc but never intentionally. Please do call me, and if i don't pick up leave a number where I can call you back and I will. There is no caller ID on my phone, so you will have to leave your number otherwise I have no way of calling anyone back: )
*** Other manufactures have other people working for them so that may free up some of their time for perhaps "Immediate responses" and e-mails-

The gear thing is such a catch 22. There are all of these talented guys out there with unique skills and great products that we want. They can't really show anyone their unique skill because then it isn't unique anymore so therefore we wait for the great products. The alternative is mass production and then you can get them but then they turn to crap. It sucks but I've learned to wait and be happy with the end product.

Yes, all the humbuckers are available in 7 string configuration with the exception of the A2 Blackbelts..
