Tone Tubby Speakers are amazing too......


Some of the best I've tried..... Santana loves them too...... even George Lucas and other audiophiles as well.


Once they break in there ain't a lot like a Tone Tubby.

I got mine in a used Mesa California Tweed. I have a Heartbreaker. It can be configured close to a blackface Twin. I really need to try it with that amp.

I could definitely see having a bunch of 1x12 cabs with random speakers by all the builders.

I have been chasing the English crunch thing for decades. Getting the Blackbird made me rethink the whole tone thing.

The only speakers I've ever owned are V30's and G12T75's. That said I own 11 V30's, UK, Chinese and Mesa varieties. My favorite cab is loaded with all Chinese V30's. I just find certain characteristics of them work best with my rig.
