I did, I went a whole 2 days. It was insane.

But in all seriousness there must be something to it. So many stories about athletes abstaining from sex before big playoff series. I have read about all the chakra theories concerning it. And obviously after you rip rod, you are more laid back and docile. I guess the question for me would be, how long do you have to wait before the law of diminishing returns hits.

Seems like some kinda incel kind of thing.
If your life is already fucked up and uncertain like most incels lives are, what difference does having a fap or not make?
You are better off eating healthy and working out, making friends being useful to yourself and others rather than sitting around brooding and not fapping.
 
Nope. I worship my sexlife with my wife. In 2021 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and we didn't get to have sex for 17 months. Now that we can, hell no, we have sex every night that we can.
