Has anyone built one of these kits yet? I am curious what features/changes this Brown model has compared to their SL 100.

Ive built lots of ceriatones but not the brown super lad. Its just lower filtering to sponge it up a bit.

NO NO! We need MORE filtering!! More gain!!! Tighten that sucker up!

Keep looking at the ceriatone kits and they look pretty good. Figured I could get the OT, PT, and choke from mojotone and save some cash. The shipping pretty much kills it if you get the transformers and the headshell.

Ceriatone amps kill! My 100 watt Plexi is one of the best sounding amps I've ever played.

yeah theyre great but shipping from malaysia I guess is expensive with all the weight. Get Georges or Magnetics corp they make good stuff too!

the brown one is supposed to VH a little better... I dont know.

Make sure you get what you want, they do not all sound alike. The Ceriatone has it's own thing.

Looks good Darren but 180 bucks to ship it :aww:

yeah, that sucks - I'm looking hard at a TW style amp form Nik... but man I hate to spend money - especially when I don't hardly make any  !

It's got a lot more going on than just different filtering. The voicing is way darker too. Looks more like a Super Bass.

Damn $950 for a modded 1987 is not bad, really good as a matter of fact.

Some men pay $950.00 for just a mod alone.
