FWIW, you can easily remove the Seymour Duncan printed logo from the bobbin by dipping a Q-tip in some acetone (or your wife's fingernail polish remover) and gently swab the logo..

Comes right off.

I hate those too.

I've also heard that cymbal polish works. Not guarantees since I never tried it.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser takes the logo right off - I have done it many times!
