channel switching

I'm thinking of having my jtm45 modded by dave . Can I plug into both the BE and The HBE with an A/B box and switch between the 2 ?

The inputs are set up so when you plug into one, the other is disconnected.

ok so can dave mod any amp or does it have to be the marshall ckts ? For example can i send him a splawn QR and have one channel set up for BE and the other set up for HBE
