Doin' well, thanks and I'm to hear you are, too. Had another MRI today, they're still trying out to figure out what caused the collapses that I had. They spotted one issue with the last MRI, but they said that wouldn't cause me to lose all ability to balance.

For now, my mom's OK! She's in rehab now, and hopefully they'll be able to help her walk, feed herself, etc. She's still on oxygen.

Glad you got to spend time with your Dad! Does he have Alzheimer's?

Don’t be afraid to get a second opinion brother. Years ago my wife was misdiagnosed with lupus by more than one doctor. Several years later we found out it was non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. A doctor at an Urgent Care figured it out.

Yes. The “ Mostly peaceful “ protesters Kamala said wouldn’t stop and shouldn’t stop killed dozens of people, injured scores of cops and destroyed billions of dollars worth of private and public property. They were given a pass. The only good that came out of it is we found out you didn’t need to wear a mask while firebombing federal buildings because Covid can’t spread during mob violence, er, I mean peaceful protests.

When I was ER, the Doc there asked the neurology dept to send someone to see me and they sent 2 Neurologists. The V.A. Docs are very thorough. Been using my V.A. Healthcare for around 18 years now. Best care I've ever had. They're amazing, dedicated people. They have several Docs evaluate test results...I got that straight from the 2 neurologists.

I hope your wife is doing OK! I'll be prayin' for you guys.

Yes the wife has been “ in remission” for 22 years.

Trust me, I’m the last person here who needs a primer on the legally acceptable use of violence or deadly force. I was merely pointing out the ridiculous assertion that Ashly Babbit presented that cop with a threat rising to the level of the use of deadly force was not a valid comparison to a crowd of people storming into a private residence.

Doesn't add up to me. There is no sign of a rifle. He isn't carrying one. He doesn't drop one. He doesn't throw one down to the grass. And he definitely doesn't have a rifle half the length of his body tucked down a pant leg. MAYBE he broke the rifle down to just a barreled action and stock and put it in his backpack. But two things wrong with that:

1. I doubt he took the time to disassemble a bolt-action rifle after taking the shot and fleeing.
2. That would mean he had to RE-ASSEMBLE it before ditching it as law enforcement claims they found. Photos are of a fully assembled bolt action.

He does drop something on the edge of the roof and then grabs it before jumping down. But it looks like a shirt or some fabric. Not a full-length bolt-action rifle. But who knows.

At this point, my money is this Skye Valadez character, whose social media accounts have been scrubbed. But they certainly look a lot like the person in the FBI photos. And their FB account was fucking WEIRD when I saw it.
