Hi, new guy first time post...I'll still post a proper introduction, but saw this thread and thought I'd jump right in if that's OK! Huge Charvel fan, I've been obsessed with them since I was a kid, here's a few pics of mine (mix of vintage, modern, and mutts):

You're gonna fit right in.

Thanks guys! @Rupe, the blue dinky is an 84, factory Floyd and Duncan Distortion. It's an odd one for sure, the former owner found the original GC work order and it all matches up, only the tone knob and side dots appear to have been added later. It had a nasty headstock crack but was nicely repaired...a killer player too!

I found that blue dinky at the Fountain Valley Guitar Center probably 12-13 years ago for $350. I bought it and brought it back to my shop where Jay (my employee) began the full court press to get it away from me. I caved and sold it to him, I think the day I got it. I paid $350 for it and there was no headstock crack or repair on it at that point in its life. Must have happened after Jay sold his collection in the early 2000's.

The Yellow Anaconda...I believe it was '08 NAMM (along with a Burmese Python...IIRC they had the names mixed up at NAMM)...one of the cooler snakeskins I've seen.

Yep, that was me! And yeah, the snakeskin was a NAMM guitar...I searched for that one for a bit. Not officially a Warren, but I still paid homage and dropped a Duncan RTM in :)

Sweet! I am a huge Lynch Fan....had a couple of his guitars as well. One of his custom made Ultra tones...
and one of his Serpents he used on the 97 Dokken tour. (ESP...not Charvel) Sorry....not trying to Hi-jack this thread.
And the random pic of Neil Schon was just for my own amusement.
:hys:

Here is my 2005 Pointy Reissue and my MIJ So Cal with MCP Angel Dust A2s.

Nice,
Are the yellow snake Dinky and the pink spider web recent additions? There were twins to those in the Hollywood Sam Ash store a couple months ago.

I've had them for a couple of years (the comments above are correct on the snakeskin, it was a NAMM guitar from a few years back). Good to know the Hollywood Sam Ash is stocking my kind of axes though

Grover Jackson just posted this Gary Moore pic on his GJ2 Facebook page...I never saw this one before:

Here is our late, lamented guitar hero and friend Gary Moore playing a Charvel from around 1980 made especially for him by Grover. It was made of purple heart wood and weighed around 15lbs! here it is covered in fake leopard skin :) Gary was one of the finest guitar players you could ever witness and one of the funniest people to hang with. Sorely missed.

I have another one being built now and should be ready in a couple months.
