Anyone have one of these? Sounds pretty good here...I know I could get a used Tom Anderson or Suhr for this, but these guitars resonate like a mother and sound real rich, albeit probably not quite as versatile.

I have the Koa body model. It's probably the best sounding and playing guitar i have right now. The neck is awesome, much nicer than the neck on the So-Cal I had. Not sure if they are all birseye but mine is and the birdseye looks insane.Mine has a brass block on the Floyd, I'm sure that helps but the thing really sings.

They're nice playing guitars, a step above the USA production models in terms of overall quality (e.g., come with MIG Floyds). Most of the MZ natural series listed for about $1600-$1700 new, but you can get them used for as low as $1000-$1200.

I have a mahog one. Its awesome. I have brass block added to the floyd and my guitar weighs a ton, but I love it.

Why? All just super strats. I would like to check one out.

I guess I was thinking of the Anderson and Suhr switching systems and 3 pickup configs. I found out that these guitars can be customized for those features.

Thanks for the info. As far as prices, most of the ones I was looking at on the website were hovering around the 2k mark.

Awesome. I'm not familiar with Koa...what characteristics does it impart in the sound?

Cool, I bet it gets some thick tones for a non-Les Paul mahogany guitar. Do you know how much it weighs?

Same here, and I want to pick up a Koa version as well.
