Charvel USA Select Pitch Black

Hi guys,
I see a lot of Charvel afficiados here so I ask for quality of new Charvel USA Select Pich Black.
One appears on local market but is relic'd and I never see one at online shop. The guy said he bought guitar in that shape.
IS 1700 E/$ reasonable price ?
