I was wondering if any of you good Gentleman & Ladies have owned or played a Charvel Wildcard#6? I'm curious about the Tone. After 25 Years of owning Les Pauls i'd like to try a Super Strat for something different.

You mean the hardtail candy red? Cool guitar. But I'm a sucker for all of them. I prefer Wildcard #7 personally. Primer Gray, JB in the bridge with Floyd. But really all of them are cool guitars, some prefer USA, some prefer Japanese. As long as its in good shape - you cant go wrong.

Yeah. The Color was called Dreamsicle or something like that. I want to buy one eventually to keep in Standard tuning.

I have 2 of the wild card series guitars #7 and #5. Both are great.

The Charvel WC's have a amazing neck profile.
Guitar felt and sounded awesome!
Keep in mind i am a Charvel freak so my opinion is likely biased :D

I have always wanted one of them since they came out. To be honest, i have never been the type of guitar player that learns popular songs. I would like to start learning some songs i like that traditionally are tuned to E or E Flat.

Most of my Les Pauls are in D Standard or C Sharp. I just really wanted to try a super strat like that since i grew up drooling over them.

I was obsessed with those until I held one and it felt toyish. Maybe it was just that particular one?
