Cheap Power amps!

I recently got a Carvin Quad-X pre-amp, and I need a power-amp to go with it.

I'd like to spend less than $600 bucks.
Tube amps prefered.
50 watts at least.
I'd like 6L6s

I'm fully willing to go into used and discontinued models.

Peavey Classic all the way!! I have the Classic 60/60 which runs on 4 6L6's and its plenty loud enough and has a nice tone!

They can be had for under $600.. there's a Peavey Classic 50/50 poweramp in the Forum Classifieds right now at a good price

you can find the 60/60's pretty cheap. There is a local guitar shop that has/had (dont know which) a NOS 60/60 for $299.


edit: Im thinking of a classic 60, not a 60/60.

My local GC in Cincy has a used Carvin TS100(EL34's).
They're asking $349 but it can probably be had for a bit less.

The NUMBER ONE power amp choice in the under $600 range is the Mesa 50/50 (not 2:50 although it would work too). I have one paired with my Carvin Quad X-Amp as well.
