Cheap Volume Pedal & Noise Gate?

I'm looking for a Volume Pedal & Noise Gate, for my Splawn. Any suggestions? The cheaper the better, but it has to do the job.

I wouldn't skimp on the noise gate. go industry standard boss ns-2 or the better decimator.

sounds like you've answered your own question.

Sure the ns-2 is pretty much the industry standard I see that thing on 99 percent of the stages i work on. truth is I would never use it but If I hadn't said it I would have already been flamed. also you said cheap and it is cheaper than the decimator.

as for volume pedal there is a boss one that gets the best reviews. I haven't used it.

A big +1 here. I have the Prorack G and it's saved me from tons of horrible noise in venues with bad grounds.

Actually, now that I think about it, you might want to pick up an outlet tester to be sure your gear isn't potentially going to be harmed. It could help you avoid noise causing problems.
