Never mess with a hungry post-menopausal woman w/ groceries in the car!
I would have been arrested had I tried to pull that off....

Since she act's like she has a pair
the cops should have tazer'd her in the balls

She's got a right to be mad. I don't condone her behavior, but I'd be pissed too, at least until I found out it was the Chili Peppers.

Performance tracked for a music video? Get outta here!

You have amazing powers of observation.

"Bread and Circuses" is metonymic for a superficial means of appeasement. In the case of politics, the phrase is used to describe the creation of public approval, not through exemplary or excellent public service or public policy, but through diversion, distraction; or the mere satisfaction of the immediate shallow requirements of a populace as an offered palliative. Juvenal decried it as a simplistic motivation of common people. The phrase also implies the erosion or ignorance of civic duty amongst the concerns of the commoner..."

I'm not anti-government, but it is fascinating to read such rhetoric. I think the police in Cali are use to giving special treatment to celebrities... Apparently, such treatment isn't very popular with the general population.

I use to work with a guy who identified himself as a "sovereign citizen". Everything was a f-ing conspiracy! :loco:

FOOL! BILL GATES IS PUTTING CHEMICALS IN THE WATER TO MAKE YOU IMPOTENT!! SLAVE!

I've actually heard that one before

Sounds like something from Alex Jones website. Koo-Koo!

I was feelin' for her actually. The police were total assholes. Just let her get home for christ sakes and it's over and done with. If I was her I'd be hiring a lawyer. Now, I'm not her and I probably would have figured out something else but I don't consider her nuts at all. I'd be pissed that you were making me wait for such an incredibly shitty band….

I agree that they should have simply given her access to her property and escorted her to her house, case closed.

Unfortunately, some cops like to take their authority to levels beyond common decency.
I'm sure the police were there to protect the safety of the citizens assembled there, but she also has a right to access her property.
On her part she could have also handled it in a better manner.
If she would have been calmer it may have gone smoother.

That one officer was being clam and polite to her and was trying to give her access to her home, but she kept yelling and screaming and I'm sure that just made the other cops want to puff up their chests even more to show her who's boss. Not good either.

She kept stressing how hungry she was. Total low blood sugar incident.
Someone should have just given her a Snickers bar. :D
