There's a couple of tracks floating out there which are vintage GnR or better IMO..'There Was a Time' and 'Better'..but heck, they were probably recorded 10 years ago, so vintage may be the right word...maybe he was going for '14 years'

Killer tracks tho, if you liked the UYI stuff anyway.

I'm not sold on Chinese Democracy, IRS or any of the other tracks yet tho'

So who exactly is playing guitar on this album? Ill admit that when AFD came out, I liked it but it sounded like sleazier greasier aerosmith to me and I didnt think much of Slash. I learned a few tunes for my band have come to respect him for his songwriting what he brought to the equation. Who knows, maybe Ill get around to downloading it if it turns out to be ok..

I'm guessing some of the tracks were cut with Buckethead and some with Robin Finck and Ron Thal maybe..but who knows?

I am a big fanm of both the big epic GNR as well as the real raunchy stuff.

GNR was and still is one of my fav bands, Slash is the reason i play guitar right now so i will always respect that. when this new album comes out i am gonna buy it but im not expecting it to be AFD.

I will say though, that back in the day when Guns was on they were ON. Of course they sounded like a trainwreck half the time, but MAN when they were on they were on.
