Reminds me of the old Ibanez Artfields a bit
 
I like everything about it. The shape. The output jack thing. 20" Radius. Trem Stabilizer, the middle pickup being voiced so that he can slam it down and it doesn't drop out the volume. Before the video was over I was dead set on getting one.. until I found out it's gonna be $7300+ after tax. No thanks.

You gotta love the push for a guitar that almost no one can afford. They should just save the release info for those at the next secret society meetings. This is some bored rich guy in a monk’s robe shit right here. Present it at the next, Eye’s Wide Shut get together.
Or take it to your next Nine Gates chateau getaway and tell them you’re going to shred Chleo and watch the Satanist’s giggle.

Phil McKnight talks about it a bit, he says that was during prototyping and they learned from it and have reinforced the neck joint a bit since that video.

After watching a few videos going over this thing, I have to say it looks fucking cool, just from an engineering standpoint. I also really like the actual look of the thing even though I'm not usually much for ultra modern, techy, gadgety, "what the fuck is that" looking guitars from Strandberg and Abasi or whatever. The grey burst flame top and the more traditional looking horns save it from going full Tron Guitar I think.

I have no idea how it sounds though, and I don't usually like super lightweight guitars, especially those with floyd routing because that stuff just does something to the resonance of the wood and tone I don't love. I'm also not a fan of ruler-shaped super wide super thin necks like this one has (1.75" at the nut is approaching classical guitar nut width which is insane), but as a pure blazing shred machine it's probably one of the better guitars you can get anywhere.

I think it has cool features and its the first prs in a long time that seems interesting. But i doubt i would buy one because theres still a few more esp guitars i want.

Ah, another great product from my friend, nay, my brother, Paul. I think the guitar has a very interesting shape and build quality that is unrivaled. I'm waiting for the Private Reserve 11 top, which will easily clock in at a cool $25,000. But, I would expect no less from today's greatest builder and innovator in the electric instrument.

It's a bit of a secret, but Paul and I are working on the @Smash signature version. We may even have a few designs floating around for an @VonBonfire signature model as well; his will sound best through any of today's commonly available boots pedals. I don't think Paul has talked to them, he's just going to spring it on them and force them to play it live and promote it while their families are in captivity as a guarantee they'll hold up their end.
