sat on a couch about 2 feet from him while he warmed up to go on stage through a tiny randall practice amp.. The guy shredded my face off and had alot of fun mimicking VH, Malmsteen, Zakk Wylde , Schenker, to a t, all while casually chatting to passers by...guy made it look about as effortless as chewing gum...comes of as a real cool , humble guy, just a general fan of rock guitar like all of us here

Chris is one of the cleanest players I've ever come across. He's just a killer guitarist. You should check out his solo band Armageddon. Really cool stuff.

yeah , hes awesome..I picked his brain a little about his custom axe and had him play the break to ravenous in front of me...

he is ridiculously humble ...

what floored me was his spot on Zakk wylde runs..he was doing the trademark muted lightning fast pentatonic licks flawlessly..a side you never hear on cd...he also knows alot of great early Priest and Van halen riffs...he'd be right at home here!

Burning Bridges is filled with 80's hair metal inspired riffs (only tuned to B), you should check it out if you haven't already. I assume he was playing his new white and grey Caparison signature models? Caparison is releasing a very small number of the white ones in Japan for next year from what I've heard.

Yeah, that silver one is ridiculous. I used to have one of the black ones. Easily ones of the best guitars I've ever played.
