Absolutely!!! I met Chris when I was hanging with Eddie D at NAMM some years ago. It was just the three of us in the THD sound room and Chris was tearing it up and yeah, he has that weird thing going on from a busted up finger. It didnt seem to matter because the dude was total badass, ripping out these cool Picked/legato lines with authority. He was also a very cool laid back down to earth guy..

I love YJM but no one is ever going to out Yngwie Yngwie. It's been done. I try to learn from everyone but hopefully at some point in my life I will develope something that is my own.

Amazing player, super nice guy. My band had the privilege of backing him up for a clinic here a few years ago, and he was so awesome. Really funny stories. His phrasing is so recognizable.

Here is a video from our rehearsal about an hour before the clinic started.
