I was thinking the same thing, those horns look a little more scooped than a regular charvel style body. I thought it was like something between a standard and dinky. I like it a lot.

It's hard to compare. The hybrid is in an ash body and this is alder. I'm going to compare more today, buy the hybrid is a little more vocal/attitude, but not as hot as the Franky. I was worried the guitars would sound too similar, but not the case. I also think the Franky may even clean up better. I got the hybrid because ash can sound scooped and the mismatched coils compensate for that. In an alder body, I think the Franky is better
