To remove the grille, you'd have to take the back off, unscrew the speakers, then unscrew the baffle to slide it out.

Put the grille out in the sun and spray some Exit Mould on it.

Vacuum With Soft Brush attachment - or - Blow out with Compressed Air... First before you try anything more radical.

Mold definitely is not good. If it were me, I'd replace the cloth. Haven't tried the product mentioned earlier, but most likely any product will discolor the cloth, or even damage the fibers, [mentioned earlier by psychodave]. You say your cab is a Marshall, so it is likely a rear loaded baffle, which means you are able to remove the baffle through the back of the cab. Or if an afternoon replacing cloth doesn't suit your fancy, try mixing bleach with water and use a spray bottle for application and cover any areas of the cab you don't want the solution to touch. Be prepared for all white cloth????...hhmmm....

I wouldn't use a good vacuum...just something like an old shitty shop vac. You don't want to introduce mold into a vac you use in your home. Email me pix of your cab.

The grill cloth is pretty easy to replace. It's stapled to the baffle. If you've got some basic skills it's pretty easy and you can do it for under $50. It's nice to have a second set of hands to hold the baffle while you're stapling the new grill cloth on. That way you can get it tight and straight.

Thanks for the help. I was also wondering if having the cabs in the A/C would kill off the mold? Doesnt appear to be any mold in the cabs anywhere, just on the cloth.

No, the a/c won't kill the mold. But a/c or a dehumidifier will help prevent mold.

UV light kills mold spores, so set the cab out in the sun for 10 minutes or so.
